#2. Hassan Al Hilou over jongerenwerkloosheid en empowerment

Hassan Al Hilou (Capital) talks about youth unemployment and empowerment. As many as five per cent of Brussels’ 150 000 young people (15-25y) are unemployed, 11 per cent did not obtain a secondary diploma and 10 per cent belong to the NEET group (Not in Education, Employment or Training). As the inspirer of Capital asbl, Al Hilou has an ambitious goal: eradicate youth unemployment to zero per cent and make Brussels youth financially independent.
