Join us for our next Stads Labo Urbain on alternative food systems in Brussels!

How can we create a sustainable food system for Brussels? What are the challenges and pitfalls for bottom-up initiatives? And what can individual consumers do? What role can politics play?

Join us on May 26th for a lunchtime lab with Dr. Alessandra Manganelli, author of 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘺𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘥 𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘜𝘳𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘍𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘔𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴: 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘛𝘰𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘴.

After the presentation, different stakeholders from the Brussels food system will discuss these questions. And for those who are interested, there will be an afternoon visit to the inspiring initiative “Le Début des Haricots” and their project “Graines de Paysans“.

Language 
Speakers will present in French and English. During the discussions, participants can express themselves in French, English, and Dutch.
Whispering translation will be available for those who require it.
