De economische rol van huisvesting

In seven lunch lessons, Prof. Christian Kesteloot (social geographer and Brussels expert – KU Leuven/ULB) will offer us a better understanding of urban economic dynamics (more specifically in Brussels). We will talk about the raison d’être of cities, the role of housing in the urban economy, land rent, ethnic and informal economies, urban policy, urban taxation and finally gentrification.

The lessons can be followed separately or as a series.
Language: Classes are held in Dutch. During the question time everyone can express himself in his/her own language (NL/FR/ENG).
